Travel Insurance Account Manager Position
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with airline partners to support the integration of travel insurance into booking flows.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve product adoption and revenue performance.
- Support the launch of new travel insurance products/markets, including basic A/B testing and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Compliance) to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with partner needs.
- Address daily operational issues related to insurance distribution, including system troubleshooting and escalations.
- Monitor compliance with regional insurance regulations and flag potential gaps for resolution.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in onboarding new airline partners and contribute to market expansion efforts.
- Act as a point of contact for partners, offering guidance and support on best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and deliver quality service.
