As a working student in the Data, Digital & IT Global Healthcare Organization, you will have the opportunity to develop your practical skillsets thanks to the contribution to strategic initiatives, related to digital technology and innovation adoption: from strategy to developing training syllabus and contribution to the enterprise architecture activities.
Training content development for digital technology & innovation pillar:
- In collaboration with the content owner, digital strategists and change management experts, you will develop training syllabus, covering various aspects to digitalization: from technology trends, strategic orientation though digital roadmap development and technology integration projects
- You will use state-of-art AI-based tooling to prepare compelling audio & visual training materials
- This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation knowledge management in the area of manufacturing, quality and supply chain of a global Pharmaceutical company
Business architecture support for Global Healthcare Operations organization:
- You will collaborate with IT business partners and various stakeholders to reflect updates in the Enterprise Architecture repository, ensuring right quality of data of the business capabilities and applications
- You will work on the documentation of architecture assessments
- Define reports & diagrams as well as helping upskill team members on the usage of the architecture repository
To be considered for this role, you need to demonstrate strong interest and knowledge in the area of digitalization of business processes. You need to be enrolled in a relevant academic program Master’s degree. You have the capacity to drive initiatiees to successful outcome thanks to your excellent communication and collaboration skills. Your sense of organization and rigorousness will play an important part to ensure the tangible progress of the assigned project tasks.
