About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a mid-level Account Manager with strong agency experience and a passion for the skincare industry. You’ll play a key role in leading digital and social media campaigns for one of our most exciting global clients. Main responsibilities

Client Partnership

  • Be the go-to contact for your skincare client portfolio
  • Build trusted relationships and truly understand client goals
  • Align internal teams to deliver work that exceeds expectations

Campaign & Project Management

  • Lead the execution of digital campaigns—especially social media
  • Manage timelines, budgets, resources and briefs with precision
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between strategy and creative teams
  • Troubleshoot and solve challenges throughout the project lifecycle

Communication & Presentations

  • Provide clear and timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Present campaign concepts and results in a compelling, strategic way

Budget Oversight

  • Build and manage account budgets
  • Ensure profitability while delivering high-value work
  • Oversee invoicing, financial tracking, and reporting

Performance & Insights

  • Track and analyze campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Report results and suggest strategic next steps


Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3–4 years in an Account Management role within a creative or digital agency
  • Hands-on experience with social media and digital campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of the skincare industry and consumer behavior
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing across multiple projects
  • Confident communicator and persuasive presenter
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using project management tools and software
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
  • Analytical and insights-driven
  • Detail-obsessed with a passion for excellence


Languages

  • German: mandatory
  • English: mandatory
  • Spanish: ideal
  • Other languages are a plus!
