bsport is looking for its future Accounting & Controlling Specialist to join our finance team. If you're excited about joining a fast-paced, mission-driven startup and want to shape the future of wellness tech, this opportunity is for you!
At bsport, we're revolutionizing the Wellness Industry with an all-in-one platform that combines boutique fitness and advanced technology. Our mission? To become the #1 tech partner for boutique studios.
Since our launch in 2019, we've experienced rapid growth:
- We’ve built a community of 7+ million users
- A successful €30 million Series B
- A global team of 190 employees
We empower studio owners to focus on what truly matters: the human experience at the heart of their business. Our platform simplifies everything from bookings and payroll to marketing and operations.
About the role:
You’ll ensure financial accuracy, support strategic forecasting, and play a hands-on role in daily finance operations—including procurement and invoice processing.
You will bridge finance and business operations—transforming numbers into actionable insights and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and support decision-making at scale.
What will be your impact:
- Procurement & Invoice Support: Assist with internal administrative processes related to procurement and provider invoices approval
- Bookkeeping in Spendesk: Help maintain accurate bookkeeping records by managing invoice tracking, spend categorization, and payment workflows via Spendesk
- Accounting Collaboration: Liaise with external accountants to reconcile actuals vs. forecast and ensure alignment on accruals, tax payments and cashflow reconciliation
- Financial Controlling: Support monthly and quarterly financial closings in collaboration with the Accounting team, ensuring accurate reporting of revenue, OPEX, COGS, and other key P&L components
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in FP&A processes, systems, and controls to support scalability and efficiency
You would be great fit if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Controlling, Accounting or similar roles—ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS), and comfortable working closely with accounting teams
- Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with FP&A tools like Spendesk and accounting softwares
