Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a portfolio of top media agencies with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Execute strategic account planning aimed at achieving significant investment growth
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok on the market
- Create, test, and scale local initiatives to drive education & inspiration to establish the TikTok suite of products as a leading business driving platform with agency stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities for agencies to partner with TikTok
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Track and analyse revenue performance across the agency portfolio and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
