We are looking for a professional with relevant experience in fund administration to join AltamarCAM’s Operations team. The main responsibility will be managing investor-related operations for private equity structures domiciled in Luxembourg, in close coordination with external Transfer Agents and custodians.
The role combines specialized back-office tasks with frequent interaction with investors, counterparties, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Transfer Agents and Custodian banks to ensure the correct execution of subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and distributions.
- Participate in investor onboarding processes: document collection, coordination with Compliance, external Transfer Agent, and Investor Relations.
- Review and maintain investor records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
- Send communications to investors (notices, confirmations, reports).
- Provide support for reconciliations, internal reviews, and audit or regulatory requests.
- Handle operational inquiries from investors and follow up on incidents.
Required Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in fund administration, transfer agency, or middle office roles within asset managers, banks, or custodians.
- International experience is highly valued.
- High level of English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong command of Excel and fund administration tools.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Effective communication skills for daily interactions and cross-team collaboration.
- Knowledge of private equity structures is an advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
