As an Associate Manager, Commercial Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic and tactical decision-making in sales force effectiveness through innovative data analytics. A typical day might include:
Running analytics projects to extract, and analyze customer data from multiple applications, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights, while following company policies and procedures to maintain quality and prevent discrepancies.
Build, update, and present reports to track key performance metrics across departments.
Support sales and marketing initiatives by performing ad-hoc data analyses to uncover business opportunities, and supporting them with activity reports from our CRM system with the support of the CRM manager.
Manage tools and processes for reporting sales analytics, customer data, and activity trends. Tools like Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats, and Analytics Dashboards.
Support administrative tasks to ensure Commercial Operations effectiveness

To Be Considered:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of meaningful experience (3+ years in an analytics role). Proficiency in pharmaceutical analytics and tools like Veeva CRM is essential. Familiarity with SQL and experience working in a co-promotion or alliance environment is a plus. Business-level English is required.
