Support the growth of business opportunities by assisting in the alignment of marketing strategies with business development goals within the Corporate Relations marketing team. Responsibilities
Your role as a B2B Growth Marketing Specialist will involve:
• B2B Content Development & ExecutionAssist in the creation and adaptation of compelling B2B marketing content—such as case studies, partner spotlights, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces—tailored to engage corporate audiences and support relationship-building efforts.
• Website Project SupportContribute to the development and launch of the Corporate Relations website by coordinating content, assisting with layout planning, ensuring messaging consistency, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Lead Generation & Campaign SupportSupport the implementation of LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns aimed at attracting corporate partners. Help maintain lead databases and contribute to campaign planning and execution.
• Market Intelligence & Performance TrackingAssist in tracking key campaign metrics (e.g., lead quality, engagement, conversion) and researching B2B trends or competitor activity to inform content and campaign decisions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration & Asset DevelopmentCollaborate with business development and communications teams to create high-quality proposals, presentations, and outreach materials that effectively position the organization with current and prospective partners.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldA solid academic foundation in marketing principles and practices, preferably with a focus on digital or B2B marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to craft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content in English, tailored to professional and corporate audiences.
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing channels and strategiesFamiliarity with content marketing, lead generation, email campaigns, LinkedIn for business, or account-based marketing concepts.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detailComfortable working with basic campaign performance data and drawing insights to support continuous improvement.
- Project coordination and organizational skillsAbility to support multiple initiatives simultaneously (e.g., content development, website updates, campaign support), and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitudeWillingness to collaborate with different stakeholders and take initiative in identifying opportunities to add value.
- Openness to using AI tools to enhance productivity and creativityFamiliarity with—or interest in learning—AI-powered platforms for content creation, research, and campaign optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper).
