Position Overview:
ModelManagment.com, a leading platform in the modeling industry, is seeking a Performance Marketing Expert to join their dynamic team in Barcelona.
The ideal candidate will drive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google, while also creating engaging video content.
This role requires a hands-on approach to campaign management and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Role Requirements:
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
- Experience with simple editing tools like CapCut or similar.
- Experience with testing Landing pages
- Familiarity with AI tools for optimizing processes such as translations of ads and captions.
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency preferred, other languages (French or German mainly) are a plus
- Previous experience in a startup or performance marketing agency is advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Ability to work from our office in Barcelona
