About the Company

Our client is a young and innovative player in the clean tech space. Since their foundation in 2021, they’ve been developing advanced digital and physical infrastructure for managing large-scale battery storage systems.

They work closely with utilities, developers, and IPPs to help them operate battery systems more reliably and profitably—contributing to a more sustainable future. The marketing team plays a key role in translating their technical expertise into clear, impactful messages that connect with the market.

What will you do?

As a Marketing Assistant, you will work under the guidance of the Head of Sales & Marketing and collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams. This is a hands-on role with room for creativity, ownership, and continuous learning.

Strategy & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Support the development and execution of the marketing plan aligned with business goals.
  • Work with Product Management to understand new features and turn them into messaging and collateral for the market.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and client conversion.

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and grow the company’s digital presence (website, LinkedIn, newsletters).
  • Write and publish content tailored to a B2B audience—case studies, product updates, whitepapers, thought leadership pieces.
  • Help shape messaging for different customer segments (utilities, developers, IPPs…).

Branding & Communication

  • Maintain consistency of brand tone and visual identity across all communication.
  • Assist in the development of marketing and sales materials: presentations, brochures, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of events such as webinars, conferences, or meetups.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Support the setup, tracking, and reporting of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hotjar, and CRM systems (Zoho).
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve messaging and strategy.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with external partners such as design agencies or freelance content creators.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and shared libraries of brand and marketing assets.
  • Support internal reporting and documentation for ongoing marketing initiatives.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about creating impact through marketing. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate technical content clearly in a B2B context.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Figma, CMS, CRM).
  • Analytical thinking and a desire to measure and improve performance.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player attitude and strong communication skills.
