About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Italian Market, you will play a key role in fueling Skeepers' growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for many of our future customers and contribute directly to the expansion of our presence in the Italian-speaking market.
Your Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Research and identify high-potential prospects through online sources, industry databases, events, and social media.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact via emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn to introduce Skeepers’ solutions and generate interest.
Qualification: Understand the prospect’s needs and challenges to determine their fit with Skeepers’ offerings.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and the Marketing team to align outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion.
CRM Management: Keep detailed records of all prospect interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Market Feedback: Share learnings from your conversations with prospects to help the Marketing and Product teams refine messaging and targeting.
What We're Looking For
You are fluent in Italian and comfortable working in English.
You’re currently pursuing a business, marketing or sales-related degree and are looking for an apprenticeship or internship.
You are confident, proactive, and enjoy reaching out to new people.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
You are organized, data-driven, and curious about sales techniques and SaaS solutions.
Previous experience in a sales, lead generation, or client-facing role is a plus.
