New products bring new opportunities and we are seeking an ambitious business development manager to spearhead our next phase of growth.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have responsibility for 2 direct reports in sales and marketing and will be entrusted with the development and implementation of a robust sales and marketing plan. With a sound understanding of B2B trading, you will identify business opportunities including new markets, trends and growth areas, as well as new ways of reaching existing markets to further promote our products and services. Responsible for website development, new product launch and maximising potential within our existing customer base, this is a broad and varied role with excellent potential for career progression.
We are searching for a professional ambassador for our business, someone who can foster and develop relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues alike. As a key member of our management team, you will inform and influence strategic thinking and take an active part in decision making at senior level. You will be working with a supportive team in an environment which allows everyone to contribute and talent to grow.
