What you will do:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a key role in a high‑impact special project in collaboration with our Legal Team. In this role, you will:
- Manage and upload contracts from our target restaurant partners with precision and accuracy.
- Support operational and legal processes by performing manual tasks that require exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
- Review and analyze client account statements to accurately determine financial allocations.
- Compile and deliver comprehensive documentation on the Italian electronic invoicing system.
- Adapt and replicate project processes for implementation in other countries.
- Serve as the primary liaison with our external legal counsel, providing prompt and effective assistance with their inquiries.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in a field such as Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Other European languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Interest in cash collection, accounting, compliance, or process optimization.
