JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purpose of Role
The role sits in the Distribution Processes & Optimization area, and its core objectives are to manage the end-to-end processes of the high priority value initiatives, in line with business outcomes and value proposition; and the optimization of our clients & suppliers, guaranteeing the highest performance.
The profile should have the capacity to manage, in a very precise manner, the optimization actions and initiatives defined, as well as having analytical and comprehensive business skills to be able to support in the optimization of our partners, with the main objective of generating additional volumes for the company.
The role must be able to adapt to the new needs of the area, covering the management of the current initiatives and processes, but also new global projects, such as Campaigns 2.0.; and supporting, when needed, in new processes to be defined related to mapping optimization of our clients.
The candidate must work closely with different stakeholders within the company (Sales & Sourcing, Central Frameworks, Sales & Sourcing CoE, Planning & Performance, rest of the teams inside the Commercial Optimization area, etc.) as well as external stakeholders such as top clients and partners.
Skills
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially focused and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
- Additional expertise in hotel portfolio, accommodation set-ups, and product display with the clients.
- Knowledge about Microsoft Excel and Power Point required (Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Access, ThinkCell and Hotelbeds in-house systems is a plus).
- Ability to collaborate across multiple areas and stakeholders to achieve a common business objective.
- Flexible, must be comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Strong focus on driving results
Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional education in Business Administration/Tourism
- Advanced level of Spanish and English
