Within this ecosystem, the Client Performance Executive plays a critical role in ensuring seamless technical connectivity and optimizing client satisfaction.
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Client Push Connections Specialist to join our integrations team. This role focuses on managing and maintaining push-based data connections with our clients, ensuring stable operations, accurate data delivery, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for incident resolution, monitoring of connections, data quality checks, and supporting new developments. A key part of this role is direct communication with clients to provide support, gather requirements, and ensure alignment on integration issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance and status of push connections with clients.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to data delivery, connection errors, or system mismatches.
- Communicate proactively with clients to troubleshoot problems, clarify requirements, and ensure resolution of integration issues.
- Verify the accuracy and integrity of the data received through push integrations.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to coordinate actions and improvements.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of new push connections and enhancements.
- Maintain clear documentation of configurations, issues, and communication logs.
- Ensure all connections meet defined data quality and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve connection reliability.
Requisitos:
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in technical support, system integrations, or data operations.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with automated data exchange between systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to detect data inconsistencies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.Ideally, you'll also have:
- Previous experience supporting users of a technical product or API.
- Familiarity with reading and understanding API documentation.
- Knowledge about hotel distribution
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Experience in the travel or hospitality tech sector.
- Familiarity with data formats like XML, JSON, and EDF.
