You bring at least 3 years of experience in events, ideally with a software company and you speak English at a very high level, plus any other european language (German, French, Dutch or Spanish) Do you want to play an active part in shaping the landscape of the transport industry as part of a SaaS company? Become our new Events Manager!


ABOUT THE ROLE

The Community and Events Manager is responsible for the demand generation at EU level and will select and roll out local marketing actions aligned with the regional sales strategies. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales team to select optimal strategies for increased visibility in the market.


Event Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute regional events such as trade shows, webinars and training sessions, overseeing a comprehensive strategy before and after each event to maximize impact.
  • Mixing an end-to-end ownership of the events alongside the strategic and ROI focus of the activations.

Community Building

  • Detect, plan, and execute actions where the activation, nurturing and growth of the community is the focus.

Brand Presence:

  • Ensure a strong and consistent presence of our brands using a diverse range of tactics, ranging from events, trade shows, 3d party media, and partnerships.

Localization:

  • Translate (with the help of our localization experts) overarching European campaigns into highly effective localized campaigns tailored to the unique nuances of the market.

Customer Success Stories:

  • Take charge of developing engaging customer success stories by conducting interviews with clients, showcasing the positive impact of our solutions

Collaboration with Sales:

  • Work closely with the sales teams to gain a deep understanding of regional dynamics, identify opportunities, and ensure that marketing efforts are finely tuned to support and enhance sales objectives.

Partnership Management

  • Continuous collaboration with associations and enterprises from the Logistics and Supply Chain sector. Work closely with them to build strong communities within the industry in the specific regions of action.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

  • 3-5 years of experience as a campaign, event manager or similar.
  • You speak English at a native or bilingual level
  • You speak another European language at a fluent level
  • Natural team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, a “doer”
  • No-nonsense, energetic, can-do attitude.
  • Enthusiastic leadership to inspire and rally others.
  • Experience working for a tech or SaaS company is ideal (but not mandatory)
