The company, is a General Contractor specialising in shopfitting and commercial fit-outs (stores, restaurants, medical offices, commercial areas, etc.), throughout France. We are seeking an Construction Project & Business Manager (M/F) to support the company’s growth by overseeing the expansion of existing clients in Spain, with the creation of an agency in Barcelona.
Your mission :
In direct contact with the Management and internal teams (Design Office, Administration, Logistics, Construction Management), you will be the project leader for the projects entrusted to you. As the main contact for our clients in Spain, you will ensure the smooth running of projects from design to delivery, respecting deadlines, quality, and profitability objectives.
Your main responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for the client (project owner) and ensure the quality of the commercial relationship.
- Monitor the successful execution of projects (studies, planning, budgets, coordination of stakeholders).
- Supervise responses to tenders and subcontractor consultations.
- Manage the profitability of your projects (cost tracking, billing, DGD).
- Lead and coordinate internal teams: site managers, technical assistants, design office.
- Participate in shell receptions and site meetings.
- Ensure the application of standards (ERP, PMR, fire safety) and compliance with regulations in force.
- Be proactive in optimizing projects, solving unexpected issues, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Profile sought
- Education: Minimum Bac+2 (BTS in construction, DUT in civil engineering, or equivalent).
- Experience: At least 10 years with a general contractor specializing in retail.
- Languages: Trilingual in Spanish/French/English.
- Tools: Very good proficiency in Office 365/Microsoft Office Suite.
