Job Description
The team Contract Operations is responsible for the technical master data and balance settlement of Statkraft’s metered business portfolios as well as the synchronized and correct communication with the relevant market participants in Continental Markets.
Your role:
- Key resource supporting daily business operations (master data administration, assurance of data quality, invoicing and payments, calculating and posting accruals, handling customer requests etc.)
- Establishing reliable interfaces by working in close cooperation with internal and external customers
- Contribute to our continuous improvement principle, identifying potential synergies between new and existing business and prepare our processes for future growth
Qualifications
- Relevant education and work experience (recent graduates with relevant experience through internship or as working student are also welcomed to apply)
- Familiarity with eSales or similar energy management data systems
- Good Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Python or other programming languages is an advantage
- Previous knowledge of switching and energy balancing processes, as well as of market communication through electronic data exchange is highly appreciated
- Candidates with work experience in energy sector are preferred
- Familiarity with customer support and CRM software like Salesforce is an advantage
- Stakeholder management experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
