As Contentoo continues to grow, we're opening up a location in Valencia!! You'll have the unique possibility to work closely with Contentoo's founder, Jeroen, while being one of the first hires in Valencia.
What you’ll do
Act as the trusted partner for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring alignment between Contentoo’s offerings and the client’s goals, while monitoring satisfaction and proactively resolving challenges.
Ensure collaboration between clients and freelance creators is productive, smooth, and successful.
Become a platform expert—leveraging Contentoo’s technology to enhance the client experience, uncover opportunities for improvement, and ensure our tools are used to their full potential.
Ensure account health and drive portfolio growth by fostering multi-threaded relationships within client organisations, identifying opportunities across departments, services, or new entities.
Drive commercial success and executive engagement by owning the end-to-end relationship with your portfolio, managing renewal contracts, identifying upsell opportunities, leading Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders, and developing client success plans to ensure ongoing value and growth.
Don’t be afraid to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as Talent, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to continuously improve the client experience.
What you'll bring
You are fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing; Dutch is a bonus.
You are a pleasant, upbeat professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing role. Bonus points if you have experience with enterprise clients and/or managing large books of business (revenue or volume of clients).
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing environment;
Your time management skills and attention to detail are excellent, and you enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously.
You use AI in your daily life and are enthusiastic about experimenting with how to optimise your day-to-day with it.
You’re not afraid to dig into the data to better understand your client’s behaviour and needs.
You have a product mindset and are not shy to report a bug or broken process, all in pursuit of improving the client experience.
Experience in the marketing industry is a plus.

A day in the life
It is Friday, the end of the week. You start with a fun weekly recap with your team to share successes, challenges, and opportunities. You share one of the week’s successes - a renewal of your biggest customer’s contract, including the upsell of SEO content and strategy for their core market.
Next up is your monthly check-in with another customer. They inform you of their expansion to Spain and France, and how they wish to make efficiencies in their internal localisation process. Firstly, they need additional localisation experts in both languages, so immediately after this meeting, you submit the full briefing to your Contentoo Talent colleagues, and they start their search for the best possible freelancers. Secondly, you discuss with your fellow CSM teammates any suggestions on the ideal process mapping and loop in Product as needed.
Next week, you have an Executive Business Review with one of your favourite clients and your main contact is inviting their skip level to show off the success of the collaboration. You’ve already adapted the deck to align with your client’s goals and exhibit how Contentoo is adding value to their team. They also asked for an updated budget overview so you can finalise the data and prepare it to send. As a last step, you review everything with your Team Lead and send it to your client in case they wish to share feedback before the meeting - no surprises!
