What you´ll do
- Supports building the demand plan for the market/region in each cycle
- Reviews sales history, investigates outliers, and provides validation to the Forecast Business Analytics team
- Collaborates with Marketing, Commercial, and Finance to gather and challenge demand enrichment inputs
- Assists in reviewing and providing inputs for portfolio segmentation
- Builds and reviews forecasts for new product innovations based on similar products and cross-functional insights
- Provides demand scenarios for local/sub-regional S&OP monthly cycle
- Works with the DP Continuous Improvement Manager to identify and support improvement initiatives
- Collaborates with the Regional Planning team to reduce inventories, obsolescence, and improve service
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Demand Planning
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis and forecasting accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, production, and distribution teams.
- Thorough attention to detail in managing inventory levels and production schedules.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for supply chain management.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
