Are you a Senior DevOps engineer passionate about automation, container orchestration and scalable infrastructure? We're looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer who thrives in fast paced, cloud native environments, enjoys working consultatively with clients, and has a hands on approach to building modern DevOps ecosystems.
You'll be joining a high-performing global team, working closely with enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize multi-tenant infrastructure platforms using Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
Role
- Architect, build and manage Kubernetes clusters in production
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (Python/Go/Bash)
- Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application delivery
- Implement monitoring, logging and observability for platform reliability
- Serve as a DevOps lead and advisor to enterprise clients-this is a consultative, not operational role
- Mentor junior engineers and guide DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, product)
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps or platform engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production (2–3 years minimum)
- Deep knowledge of Terraform (2+ years) and IaC principles
- Proficient in scripting (Python, Go, or Bash)
- Experience in designing and supporting multi-tenant infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers
- Consultative mindset
Bonus Skills
- Argo CD, Helm, Tekton, or PowerShell
- Azure or other major cloud platforms
- Kubernetes certification (CKA, CKAD)
- GitOps or policy-as-code experience
