The Opportunity
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Mission: We are looking for Digital Technology Project Management Executive to provide support to the Digital Hub Tech team based in Barcelona.
Reporting to the Digital Technology Manager and working along the E-commerce and Digital team, you will be responsible for the technical project management of small to big projects as well as assisting in the project management of large projects related to our brands.
What you'll get to do

o Coordination with cross teams: Media, CRM, Logistics, Treasury, Customer Service, Consumer Data, etc.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Manage day to day incidences and look after quality and good rhythm of BAU team
- Helping in defining and refining priorities, expectations and commitments and measurable progress points
- Help in defining and refining priorities, expectations and commitments and measurable progress points
- Collect and manage daily technical incidences and issues with cross teams (Media, CRM, Analytics, etc.). to ensure the digital ecosystem within the brand is stable and robust.
- Create accurate retro plannings for each feature that serve as the master guide of medium to big features to be developed and involved mockups deliveries, development and Run teamwork (contribution / e-merchandising).
- Track and confirm that desired progress against milestone and sprint goals is being accomplished and share report across stakeholders
- Ensure that the various planning, communication and tracking tools are appropriately implemented and updated, including JIRA tickets, Project Plans and Reports
- Create documentation packages needed to go through all the approval & certification process phases
- Support in aligning stakeholders and team members across departments like SAP, BI, Customer service, Logistics or Treasury teams through organizing and documenting meetings, following up on workstream tasks and updating project plans
- Assist in the End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing of ongoing sprints, creating and managing corresponding JIRA Tickets
- Ensure website accessibility is up to standards by pulling daily reports, manually reviewing & potentially resolving reported issues, create and managing corresponding tickets in JIRA and following up with internal and external team members
- Ensure Google Analytics tagging and reporting is correct, creating and managing corresponding tickets in JIRA and following up with internal and external team members
- Daily review of e-commerce orders to ensure these are processed correctly and flagging any issues to corresponding departments (IT, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance)
- Daily review of site availability and review monitoring to always ensure website functionality
We'd love to meet you if you have
- 1-3 years of experience in project management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills whilst able to prioritize workload accordingly. Ability to meet deadlines
- Used to manage technical projects, teams and third-parties partners
- Technical knowledge & passion and interest (no IT background is required)
- An energetic can-do and positive attitude
- A Team player with a collaborative work approach and motivation to assume responsibilities outside core focus areas
- Be able to identify any risk in advance which could impact the project
- Strong communication skills
- Be methodical and organized
- Strong Excel skills
- Eager to learn
- Experience with JIRA or similar project manager software as a service is a plus
