Join us as a Elastic Operations Engineer and play a key role in powering our Elasticsearch deployment and related technologies!
As a Elasticsearch Operations Engineer, you will take ownership of the operational excellence and continuous improvement of our log management platforms based on Elastic (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and related technologies such as Kafka. You will collaborate with an international team of eight specialists, providing on-call support and ensuring high availability and scalability across global deployments.

What You Will Do
- Operate, monitor, and optimize Elasticsearch platforms and complementary tools like Kafka for large-scale log management.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to troubleshoot, improve, and automate platform workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide reliable 24/7 service and incident resolution.
- Contribute to international deployment projects, supporting diverse environments in Switzerland, Spain, USA and Asia.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives around observability, performance tuning, and platform resilience.
- Improve operational procedures and share best practices within the team.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience working with Elasticsearch components (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka log management technologiesa and solid background in log management platforms and big data operations.
- Experience working in on-call support environments within collaborative teams.
- Fluent English communication skills; German or Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to work in an international team with deployments across multiple locations.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a passion for operational excellence.
