Role's Mission:
As a Commercial Excellence for EMEA, your mission is to elevate regional sales performance and operational efficiency by embedding outstanding commercial practices, tools, and insights. You will partner with local commercial leaders to drive revenue growth, streamline client account planning, and implement scalable CRM and pricing solutions. Through strategic alignment, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, you will empower teams to deliver consistent, high-impact client engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the commercial organization.
Location: Preferably Spain (Barcelona) or Portugal (Lisbon). However, we encourage applications from qualified candidates based in other countries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with local commercial leaders and the Commercial Excellence community to manage and drive commercial revenue performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on critical metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Strengthen the commercial excellence of Worldpanel EMEA by defining and aligning our countries on best practices for all steps of our commercial operations.
- Implement CRM tools and other technology solutions to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Deliver an improved, consistent global approach to End-to-End Client Account Planning and pipeline management via a single CRM system.
- Develop and uphold a regional Sales and Client Operating process with a hub for sharing standard methodologies.
- Review, revise, launch, and embed clear global pricing tools and capabilities across our global network.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clients, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration of commercial initiatives.
- Lead the development and deployment of sales training programs to improve team capabilities.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales processes and recommend improvements to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Stay informed about industry standard processes and emerging trends in commercial excellence.
