Regional Director Portfolio Development HVACR EMEA

What you will do
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Director Portfolio Development Chillers and Heat Pumps Applied Equipment, EMEA and India who will have responsibility of the following:
- Leading regional portfolio development for HVACR equipment across EMEA.
- Responsibility for a broad range of key business growth and improvement activities as well as ownership for key strategic initiatives (both regional and market specific) which drive improvements in customer service, accelerate financial and operational performance, whilst expanding the business to new markets or service offerings.
- Provide central support for key regional portfolio development activities including Portfolio Expansion / Rationalization, Channel Management and Expansion, Margin Improvement and Commercial Growth Acceleration.
- Ensure regular market and industry VOC assessments to understand and capitalize on current and emerging trends that impact the HVACR industry. Conduct continuous assessment on the competitiveness of the HVACR portfolio as well as monitoring of competitor activities.
- Lead, coordinated, support, and monitor all product management and development processes, in alignment with all global and regional functions and stakeholders.
- Defining the Go-to-Market and execution of the product portfolio and growth / profit improvement initiatives to enable the sales channels to grow chiller, heat pumps and airside equipment secured volume. This includes agreeing on the Annual Operating Plan and the activities needed to achieve the set targets.
- Leading a team of 5 – 7 covering Customer Service , Product & Technology Knowledge HVACR, Business Analytics, Pricing and Business Intelligence and Commercial Excellence and Growth Programs.
Location: The preferred location fot this vacancy is Spain, but other European locations will be considered: Benelux, Germany, etc.

Communication is key in this role so we will need you to maintain all lines of communication – up, down, across the business, segments and corporate to ensure understanding and ownership, you will also provide day to day direction and coaching to the cross functional team on priorities, objectives, processes and tasks. We will want you to deliver business goals against common strategy to ensure continued business growth by a motivating and inspiring your team. Essentially you will develop, motivate and empower your team around organizational initiatives and key business priorities to drive continuous success.
What we look for
You will have a depth of experience in building technologies arena, working with regional business leaders and sales teams in product and sales growth strategies for direct and indirect channels. You are presently managing business development and growth initiatives, collaborating alongside sales, product management and engineering teams. You have been responsible for pricing activities and are comfortable working in a complex matrix- global multinational organization. You have been working across the European region and are comfortable leading across countries and cultures. You will have managed and developed teams across multiple countries and branches.
