Unik English Centre is seeking various part-time teachers for the upcoming 25/26 academic course.
Situated in the Cascajos area of Logroño, Unik is a well-established and reputable English language Academy who has been providing education to an established student base for over 14 years. Details of positions: We are looking for teachers who live locally and have a variety of skills to fill several part-time positions. Please find an outline of the openings below (please note that we have put the minimum hours expected for each role however these will most likely increase as we conclude the organisation of our timetable).
- Primary groups specialist: 6+ hours per week, Academy only
- Private classes specialist: 6+ hours per week, Academy only
- Teen and Exam preparation groups specialist: 4+ hours per week, Academy only
- Home classes teacher: 4+ hours per week, In students´ homes
- Infantil groups teacher (1): 4+ hours per week, Academy only
- Infantil groups teacher (2): 1+ hour per week, In ´Dreams´ Nursery
All positions are in the afternoon (hours vary between 3pm and 9pm) and a commitment to the whole course (October 2025-June 2026) is required.
In all positions, a CELTA qualification or equivalent is desirable.
Salary: We offer a ´fijo-discontinuo´contract with a competitive salary. Teachers are paid per contact hour (meetings are also paid) and this hourly rate is to be discussed in the interview depending on experience.
Professional development: We offer in-house paid professional development throughout the course in the form of weekly meetings which cover set topics such as: classroom management, identifying students' needs, adapting content and preparing students for Cambridge exams.
