We are seeking an experienced and reliable IT Field Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with hardware and network equipment, and the ability to work independently in the field to resolve IT issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and networking equipment.
- Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Install and configure operating systems and business applications.
- Support hardware refresh projects, equipment upgrades, and migrations.
- Coordinate with remote support teams for escalated issues.
- Document all work performed, including configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
- Follow IT policies, security standards, and client procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Travel to various client sites as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Field Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and common business applications.
- Hands-on experience with networking equipment (routers, switches, access points).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
- Basic understanding of cabling (Ethernet, fiber) and hardware installation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.

Contract length: 5 months
Pay: 180.00€ - 200.00€ per day
