About the role
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Analyst will support core financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes across the company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience and develop analytical and business partnering skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Your missions
- Work with team members to collect and organize financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting purposes.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and help track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Help build and maintain simple financial models and templates.
- Perform basic variance analysis with guidance, helping to identify trends and flag areas for review.
- Support in the creation of internal reporting decks and presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand data inputs and business drivers.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and team projects as needed.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- +2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role (internships or recent grads welcome).
- Strong interest in FP&A and working in a fast-paced, growing company (experience in startups or SaaS is a plus).
- Solid understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
- Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets and creating clean, logical presentations.
- Attention to detail and curiosity to dig into numbers and understand the "why".
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in English.
