Main responsibilities:
To ensure Sanofi continues to consume its own early careers talent and become the go-to employer in bio-pharma, the Global Talent Partner will:
- Develop and enhance global partnerships with strategic university alliances to ensure Sanofi reaches our target audience at scale and attracts the very best talent.
- Develop early career products, policies and frameworks that align with global strategy yet can be deployed with local value and impact.
- Partner with Employer Branding teams to ensure we develop the Early Careers Talent Value Proposition and deploy effectively with the markets.
- Create enterprise standards across areas of process, technology and policy that enable operational excellence in the way we run and monitor early careers delivery.
- Partner with business and P&C leaders to help translate global early careers strategy into market roadmaps.
- Develop and engage a global community of Early Career SMEs, to collaborate on critical priorities and enable their success in deploying early career initiatives.
- Support conversations on Strategic Workforce Planning, driving a focus on the right-sizing of EC programs that deliver the right skills in the right quantities and in line with business needs.
- Leverage HR analytics to track key talent metrics and provide insights for decision-making, presenting findings to senior leadership and recommending adjustments to talent strategies as needed.
About you
- Significant experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management (ideally within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or FMCG industries).
- Prior exposure to campus hiring and knowledge of best practices, with a demonstrable understanding of how to attract, develop and retain the next generation of talent personas.
- Ability to manage complexity; experience of working in a matrix organization ideally in a global or regional role.
- Prior experience of developing talent strategies or programs in response to business priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Project management capabilities.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Fluency in French (verbal and written) would be preferred.
Note: 25% of travel expected.
