As a Ground Operations Auditor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence across our ground operations network, from our own teams to external partners.
Your focus will be on conducting audits and inspections, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvements that keep our operations safe, efficient, and aligned with regulations.

How will it be to work with us?
- Conduct on-site and remote audits of ground operations — from ramp activities to passenger services — ensuring every process meets our high safety and quality standards.
- Turn findings into clear, actionable audit reports that help teams and partners improve quickly and effectively.
- Follow up on corrective actions, making sure they’re implemented on time and delivering the expected results.
- Collaborate with different departments and international partners to review and update internal procedures, keeping them sharp and compliant.
- Prepare and manage the Annual Audit Plan, making sure all key operational areas are covered.
- Analyze ground operations reports and safety data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in safety action groups and help design plans to minimize risks and boost operational excellence.
- Participate in the Corporate Management Evaluation (MANEV).
- Monitor KPIs regularly, using the data to recommend changes that make our operations safer, smoother, and more efficient.
- Be a key point of contact for providers and internal teams, building strong relationships that support a culture of continuous improvement.

What will make you succeed in this position:
- University Diploma or Higher Education level (Engineer, Technical Engineer or Equivalent, Pilot; AMT or Cabin Crew with additional training).
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the Ground Operations Area (monitoring /management of airport services, ramp security, Handling Agent coordination, load sheets, contracts, security, DRG, etc.
- You understand aviation regulations (AIR-OPS, Dangerous Goods, Security, etc.) and can confidently apply them in day-to-day operations.
- You’re familiar with key operational manuals and documents like the OM and GOM, and know how to navigate them with ease.
- You have a sharp eye for detail and can spot risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement before they become problems.
- Experience in a Flight Safety department in an airline will be an added value.
- Profound knowledge about the proceedings and activities regarding ground operations.
- You’re fluent in English (spoken and written) and thrive in multicultural environments where adaptability is key.
- You communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, building trust with colleagues, partners, and providers.
- High level of personal and professional integrity, and personal ethics.
