DESCRIPTION
- Develop and enforce the company's sales strategy, in collaboration with the business and Board members, aimed at expanding the company's activities beyond its current scope.
- Lead and expand the company's sales team, in line with the agreed strategy, to surpass business expansion and profitability goals.
- Implement global sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team.
- Build and develop a dynamic, fast-growing, and entrepreneurial sales team.
- Identify new strategic business opportunities through targeted prospecting and close new deals.
- Foster and develop relationships with new companies and institutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, or any other related field to Life Science.
Extensive working experience in a Sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Possess interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trust both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
