In this role you will:
Supporting the WebBeds Health and Safety Programme, the role holder will be required to provide full
administrative support to the Health and Safety Team
Key responsibilities:
- Liaise with accommodation suppliers by email and phone to resolve health and safety issues
- Daily management of the mailbox
- Ensure that all information is stored and recorded as per relevant procedures
- Any other task that management may reasonably request
Skills we would love to see in your suitcase:
- Experience working in the travel industry (travel operators/hotels)
- Health and Safety work experience/knowledge
- Fluency in other languages (Spanish)
- Fluency in English, both written & spoken
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, especially Excel,
- Outlook and email ticketing systems Experience, Skills and Behavioural Requirements
- Able to work independently as well as be a team player, always seeking to improve team performance
- Proactive attitude
- Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Adaptable to changes in day-to-day tasks and procedures
- Ability to use multiple systems
- Strong communication skills
