Amelia by Paulo Airaudo is a two Michelin-starred restaurant located in front of the iconic Concha Bay. We offer a unique fine dining experience combining local ingredients with global influences.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
- Team player with a positive attitude
