Introduction to the Role
We are seeking a driven and innovative Finance Analyst to join Expedia Group’s Private Label Solutions (PLS) credit management team, directly reporting to the Senior Director, Finance and Credit Management. You will be a key driver in our transformation journey during a pivotal phase. What You’ll Do
- Drive and Support Transformation: Collaborate closely with the Senior Director and with the credit management leaders to help implement new and improved finance processes, champion data quality, and support new ways of working across teams.
- Identify Efficiency Opportunities: Proactively spot bottlenecks or inefficiencies in existing practices, suggesting and piloting solutions that improve speed, accuracy, or user experience.
- Support Change Management: Play an active role in supporting and communicating change, helping diverse team members adopt new ways of working.
- Lead and Contribute to Projects: Take ownership of specific process improvement and automation projects, from planning through execution—applying your analytical expertise to streamline workflows and support business goals.
- Enhance Team Capabilities: Share your best practices in data analysis and visualization, assisting with training and reinforcing a culture of learning and growth throughout the team.
Who You Are
- Graduated in ADE or Business school, You have 3-5 years of experience in finance controlling, transformation projects, or similar roles, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Skilled in using advanced Excel, Power BI and emerging AI tools to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data.
- You understand core finance processes and reporting, and you’re keen to keep building your expertise in both day-to-day analysis and broader business transformation.
- Flexible, adaptable, and always curious—motivated by change, eager to learn new technologies, and energized by new challenges.
- A proactive team player with solid stakeholder management skills: you communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and enjoy working across cultures and functions.
- Based in Madrid, and able to be in the office at least three days per week to collaborate closely with colleagues.
