Role
As an HR Admin you will be assisting the HR Department in the personnel area and other HR tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks such as benefits, sick leaves, absences, etc.
- Assist in the prevention of the occupational risks of the GROUP.
- Managing the personnel database and archiving HR documents.
- Management of employee benefits and full support to related questions from company employees.
- Assist in the payroll process by collecting and preparing data.
- Support the administration of benefits programs and maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems.
- Enable access to HR tools as well as provide employees with the relevant information regarding benefits, holidays, guidelines and other details of their interest.
Requirements
- Specific training in Labor Management.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organised, discreet and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
- Very good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- At least 1 years experience in a similar job.
