We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
Responsibilities:
Your role as Analyst will involve:
- Maintain and update job positions in the HR System (Dynamics 365), ensuring consistency with job architecture and organizational structure.
- Monitor and reconcile actual headcount vs. approved budgeted positions; proactively track and report deviations or anomalies.
- Support the annual HR budgeting processes, including data consolidation and report preparation.
- Regularly update and maintain the organizational structure in the HR system, reflecting changes in reporting lines, departments, or headcount.
- Design and generate HR dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), providing relevant insights for decision-making.
- Assist in compensation benchmarking and market analysis to support salary reviews and internal equity evaluations.
- Collaborate in the preparation of compensation and organizational structure reports and presentations.
- Support audits and compliance processes related to compensation, benefits, and HR metrics.
- Provide support in job evaluation.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR analytics, compensation, or budgeting role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Workday).
- Understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation, and organizational structures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
