What will make you succeed in this position:
- Educational background in Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, People Analytics, or a related field with strong analytical content.
- Demonstrated data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and communicate findings effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience working with databases and HR data.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly organized and structured approach to work.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in preparing presentations and explaining numerical insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and continuously looking for process improvements.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR and compensation data.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
