As HSE Manager within our Spain HSE team, you'll implement health, safety, and environmental strategies that protect our people and our planet while supporting our commercial, digital and Hub operations across Spain.

Main responsibilities:

• 
  Implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs across all sites and activities in Spain reporting to the HSE Lead Iberia

• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures

• Develop and deliver engaging HSE training programs to ensure all employees understand their responsibilities and best practices

• Monitor compliance with local and international HSE regulations, maintaining necessary documentation and reporting

• Develop Health programs to promote healthy habits for all employees

• Investigate incidents, analyse root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

• Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance through data analysis, benchmarking, and implementation of best practices

About you

• Experience managing HSE programs in a commercial or corporate environment

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions

• Strong knowledge implementing management system certifications, in particular ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

• Experience developing Health and Safety programs for employees in office and field forces environment

• Strong knowledge of Spanish and European HSE regulations and standards

• Professional certification in occupational health and safety in Spain

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
