Institutional Relations / Project Manager (Substitution)
Description:
Support the department with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks related to academic and institutional programs, with a focus on maintaining smooth operations during the temporary absence of the main executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings and events.
- Manage email communication and maintain records of partner and company contacts.
- Support the coordination of ongoing educational and corporate training programs.
- Update and maintain databases, including CRM and internal tracking systems.
- Help prepare documents, presentations, and basic reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Institutional and Academic Relations Manager and team.
- Liaise with other departments (such as Career Services and Alumni) to ensure proper follow-up on tasks.
- Handle basic inquiries from institutional partners and redirect them when needed.
Requirements:
- University degree or currently pursuing higher education in Business, Administration, Communication, or related field.
Good organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Comfortable using office software (Word, Excel, email, etc.); CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment.
