SEK International School Catalunya needs to incorporate a PYP (P-4) Substitution Teacher for 27 of August 2025.
Mission:
Nurturing the holistic development of young learners. Fostering inquiry-based learning, promoting social and emotional growth, and supporting the development of foundational skills in a safe and engaging environment.
Functions:
- Develop and implement teaching plans for the transdisciplinary and disciplinary units.
- Attend meetings and participate in collaborative planning sessions.
- Promote exploration and inquiry, encouraging students to ask questions, investigate ideas, and think critically
- Develop interpersonal skills, such as cooperation, communication, and emotional regulation
- Integrate learning across various disciplines, helping students make connections between different subjects and the world around them
- Communicate with parents the students’ progress
- Attend to school activities such as festivals and Open Days
Requirements:
- Early Years teacher
- Teaching experience, preferably in the PYP
- English native speaker level.
We offer:
- Fulltime Contract: 9:20 - 17:20 h.

- Location: La Garriga - Barcelona
- Salary: according to the private schools agreement
