YOUR MISSION
Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious retail intern. Are you looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest growing startups in Europe? Do you want to contribute expanding the new verticals (Electronics, pharma, beauty...) that will lead glovo to become the biggest marketplace?
THE JOURNEY
- Implement and standardize tools, analytical processes, and playbooks to help local teams develop the category
- Develop the long-tail business step by step, being part of multiple projects and being a resourceful multi-tasker
- Handle tracking and reporting of performance metrics
- Coordinate with the different regions/countries in order to understand key insights about local markets
- Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
- Coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure proper execution of retail campaigns (Saint Valentine's, Black Friday, Christmas...)
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative (proactive in finding new solutions to new issues)
- Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgment when necessary
- Strong analytical skills are a must
- You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented. You are obsessed with making things happen!
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize & multitask and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication skills
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
