The role
As a Junior Data Analyst CyberSOC Entry, you will play a key role in developing innovative, data-driven solutions by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to uncover actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. You’ll apply programming, statistical analysis, machine learning, and AI techniques to extract value from complex datasets and identify emerging trends that help close cybersecurity gaps and enhance CSOC’s security posture. Under the guidance of experienced data scientists, you will contribute to the ideation, design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI products. Additionally, you’ll help strengthen CSOC’s data foundation by onboarding new data sources into its internal platform, enabling the creation of future solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to understand business needs, translate requirements into analytical tasks, and communicate findings effectively. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and has a solid foundation in programming with a strong drive for continuous learning.
What you’ll do
- Identify relevant Data Sources that are critical for solving specific business needs.
- Analyze large amounts of structured and unstructured Data to find trends and patterns to help answer specific questions and to find actionable insights.
- Data storytelling to relevant stakeholders from the team and the whole CSOC.
- Contribute to building end to end AI products, from data processing and modeling to its final industrialization and release to production.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and product managers to align data solutions with business goals.
- Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data science and cybersecurity.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, System Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Data Scientist or similar position.
Comfortable with SQL.
Strong programming skills, ideally with Python.
Problem-solving aptitude.
Self-initiative and ability to work with little supervision.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Some hands-on exposure to building machine learning models.
Bonus Points if you:
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and their advantages for streamlining the machine learning lifecycle.
- Some knowledge about MLflow.
- Data engineering / data wrangling skills.
- Cybersecurity background.
- Some experience with Databricks.
- Some experience with Pyspark.
- Minimal experience building LLM-based products.
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
