What will you do?
As an L2 Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our health devices. Your responsibilities will include validating product quality, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. Your communication skills will be key in facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring customer satisfaction. 🛠️🚀

What are we looking for?
- Experience in L2 support and ticketing systems.
- Good English level due to direct contact with customers, always in English.
- Laboratory Knowledge: Familiarity with LIMS and LIS systems.
- Ability to read logs, understand connections, and knowledge of health protocols (e.g., ASTM, HL7).
- Proficiency in SQL to perform database queries.
