Education and qualifications:
Required:- "Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior" in: Biomedical Laboratory or Clinic Diagnostic Laboratory or similar.
Experience and knowledge:
Required:- Experience (minimum 6 months) in production of AAV vectors
- Experience (minimum 6 months) in production of lentivirus vectors
- Experience (minimum 12 months) in Experience (minimum 6 months) in production of AAV vectors.
- Experience (minimum 12 months) in cell culture of human cells.
- English
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Molecular biology techniques performance
- Passage of stable cell lines
- Participation in viral vector production
- Mantainance of equipments
- Preparation of reagent stock and materials
Labour conditions:
- Part-time position: 20h/week.
- Starting date: immediate.
- Gross annual salary: 9.294,53€ (Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale).
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities (“Vector production Unit”).
