Schneider Digital
is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

We are looking for an Integration Program Analyst to join our team at the Barcelona Digital Technology Center. Part of the Enterprise integration Team you will be working closely with Platform Owner, Product Owner and Delivery Leads, you will coordinate and support projects, enhancements and initiatives across Enterprise Integration platforms (Mainly SAP PO and BTP -IS), managing all dependencies and conflicts.

What will you do?
  • Support platform governance, enhance current processes and ensure they are properly applied.
  • Lead/Coordinate platform securitization topics to ensure cybersecurity compliance in accordance with SE standards
  • Lead/Coordinate Technical actions to be carried out on the OnePI and BTP-IS platforms.
  • Synchronize the PI/PO/BTP IS - ERP Delivery when needed.
  • Lead/Coordinate application and infrastructure teams and activities.
  • Being the point of contact of the Enterprise Integration OnePI & BTP Integration team, coordinating the platform communications with the Platform Owner thru all the designated channels.


Qualifications:
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Strong knowledge of integration principles and consultancy skills with the ability to form collaborative, productive working relationships across diverse teams and cultures is a must.
  • Extensive experience in integration of SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (SAP PO 7.5) and SAP BTP Integration Suite
  • Exhaustive knowledge of cybersecurity compliance processes.
  • Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly. Also to provide new ideas to improve existing procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written; good presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment in a global context, follow procedures and standards
    Willingness and ability to train and teach others
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, working aligned to managers but in an autonomous way
  • Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills and problem-solving skills
  • The desire for growth and innovation, to bring rapid solutions to business challenges/opportunities
  • The ability to work in a centralized/decentralized operating model, with varying implementation partners and implementation owners

Location:
based in Barcelona and will work in a hybrid model.
