As a Production Planning & Control Administrator, you’ll handle specialized administrative tasks, manage records, and support your team with accurate reports and correspondence. You’ll use IT systems and office applications daily, ensuring data is entered precisely and processes are followed efficiently. Your work directly supports decision-making and helps drive the success of your department, all within a collaborative and supportive environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage day-to-day functional operations using IT systems and specialized software.
- Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and statistics to support your team’s decision-making.
- Maintain records and filing systems, ensuring data is accurately entered and organized.
- Complete administrative tasks for programs, projects, and processes within your organization unit.
- Support various departments, such as EHS, R&D, Marketing, IT, Sales, Legal, Project Management, HR, Finance, and Customer Services.

- Experience with office applications and data entry in computer systems.
