About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help scale Criteo’s digital acquisition programs across global markets. You’ll drive paid media strategy and execution in partnership with our agency (Refine Labs), ensure alignment with commercial objectives, and continually optimize for pipeline contribution and ROI. This role sits within the Global Digital Marketing team and will work closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand, and Regional Marketing leads.
Key Responsibilities
Own the global performance media strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, programmatic), aligned to Criteo’s pipeline and revenue goals.
Manage day-to-day coordination with our digital agency partner, ensuring flawless execution, budget pacing, and strategic alignment.
Oversee campaign planning, audience targeting, creative asset briefing, and landing page coordination.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance across funnel stages—traffic, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline.
Partner with Demand Gen and Regional Marketing to localize campaigns and maximize market relevance.
Track and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, pipeline impact), and generate insights to inform future optimizations.
Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Analytics to ensure proper attribution and lead tracking across systems.
Stay current on platform changes, privacy updates, and digital marketing trends that impact B2B acquisition.
Who You Are:
3–5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, ideally within a SaaS or adtech environment.
Hands-on experience managing or overseeing paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and programmatic.
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and pipeline acceleration strategies.
Experience working with and managing external media agencies.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
