The PR & Brand Experience Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the PR & Marketing Manager (NY) and Global PR Marketing Coordinator (BCN). The role ensures smooth execution of PR campaigns, events, VIP experiences, and brand activations while maintaining brand consistency and communication across teams.
This opportunity is part of the ICEX VIVES Program, which offers international professional experiences for young European graduates.
Who You Are:
- Eligible for the ICEX VIVES program: EU nationality, 18–30 years old, currently residing in Spain.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality or Marketing / Public Relations
- Fluent in English.
- 2+ years in PR & Marketing, with a proven coordination of influencers, media contacts, event organizers, local associations, and B2B stakeholders (hotels, agencies, institutions)
- 1 year of experience in hospitality
- Naturally proactive and inspiring – hands on collaborator
- Excellent communication skills and a strong service-driven mindset.
- Bonus: experience with Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Bookings
Manage VIP and KOL bookings in GEM/Salesforce, handling invitations and paid reservations.
Coordinate with PR Manager on group requests and liaise with Front Desk and Operations for guest check-in and special requests.
Maintain booking records and follow up on pending requests.
Campaigns, Events & Coordination
Assist with logistics for local campaign activations, press events, influencer visits, and corporate experiences.
Support on-site execution, including set-up, guest management, and dismantling, ensuring brand standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Brand Experience: Decoration & Amenities
Ensure brand image elements (decor, printed materials, uniforms, etc.) align with corporate guidelines.
Oversee VIP amenities preparation and support seasonal décor updates in collaboration with HQ.
Monitoring & Reporting
Maintain contact databases for press, influencers, and B2B partners.
Monitor and respond to online reviews and provide feedback summaries.
Compile event, campaign, and influencer data for HQ reporting.
