We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our new Engagement Integrations Squad, a cross-functional team focused on enabling and scaling engaging customer experiences through seamless integrations with gaming and free-to-play (FTP) partners.
This is a unique opportunity to build a team from the ground up and shape how we integrate third-party engagement mechanics (e.g. Free Spins, FTP games) across our sports and gaming journeys. You’ll work at the intersection of Player Engagement, Gaming Ops, Commercial, and partner teams, ensuring new engagement features are delivered consistently and at scale.
You’ll collaborate with suppliers, product and tech teams across the business, and internal stakeholders to deliver player-centric experiences that are personal, scalable, and measurable.
This is a growth opportunity — we expect the scope to evolve, and we’ll support you in developing toward more senior product roles over time.
Depending on experience and interview performance, this role could be hired as a level 2 or level 3 Product Manager role.
Your experience:
- 4+ years’ experience in product management, ideally with platform or integration scope.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience owning a roadmap and making confident prioritisation and trade-off decisions.
- A data-informed mindset with hands-on comfort working with multiple types of product data.
- Ability to break down complex technical and business problems and lead delivery end to end.
- Proven track record of collaborating with commercial teams to launch and iterate on features.
- Excellent communication and alignment skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High ownership, motivation, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent English language skills.

- Be decisive and assertive in your role, creating clear escalation paths to resolve issues and unblock teams.
- Consistently demonstrate and champion our core values.
Strategy
- Develop a solid understanding of the product area strategy and contribute to shaping it.
- Work with the Head of Tribe and/or senior PMs to define the roadmap for your product area.

Execution
- Write clear, actionable specifications for major features.
- Collaborate with Engineering to plan and track delivery, including identifying delivery risks.
- Partner on QA and launch readiness, especially for more complex launches.
- Work cross-functionally to align on goals and ensure smooth execution.
Impact
- Understand second-order effects of commercial results and the implications for your product area.
- Be aware of competitor offerings and the wider market context in your space.
- Understand how your product’s performance connects to top-line metrics, P&L, and customer impact.
- Partner with Commercial and Go-to-Market teams to deliver a consistent end-to-end experience.
