We are seeking a Regional Product Manager

The Regional Product Manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and ensuring the execution of the agreed portfolio and channel strategy in selected markets.
The role will serve as a key liaison between local markets and the broader Global Category organization, providing critical insights and ensuring alignment with overall category objectives. The Regional Product manager will have a strong understanding of local standards, applications, and market needs, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What will you be doing?
Managing, coordinating and ensuring the execution of agreed portfolio and channel strategy in the market
- Portfolio management for the assigned countries (CMI Portfolio Management).
- Responsible for Product launches technical aspects. Secure delivery from the needed input to local Marketing and Sales.
- Conducting technical and product innovation trainings to sales force.
- Create content for sales argumentation.
- Support phase out at regional level, delivering PO information to the different internal touch points as local Marketing and Sales.
- Input for technical needs in case of Marketing Updates from Documents and Website content to local Marketing.
- Input and request for installation videos to fill channels like YouTube, etc.
- Fairs. Input and decision of display input for regional exhibitions.
Monitor and report on customers, competition, application insights and business requirements as input for the category plan.
- Conducting factory visits for Key Customers. (organized by Trade Marketing).
- Checking the wholesalers’ portals if the right and necessary items are listed in shops etc.
- Application test of own and competitor products.
- Market observation: competitors, needs, trends, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of local strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Interface between market and internal segments.
Be the point of contact and reference about local standards, applications habit and needs both toward sales and internal functions.
- Committee and association work for standards (in collaboration/combination with locals).
- Daily business application support.
- Check and request input to external Databases.
Identify and quantify products and applications opportunities.
- Identification of the necessary products and applications for the market.
- Identification of the required services and tools.
- Elaboration and further development of business models.
Contribute to creation of compelling contents to support our applications, and products.
What will you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field.
- +5 years of experience in product management or related roles within the building products industry.
- Prior experience in the building industry, preferably within the plumbing/indoor climate sector, with a heavy focus on product marketing.
- Strong understanding of local market standards, application habits, and customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate product strategies within a regional market.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to provide actionable market insights.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in identifying and assessing market opportunities.
